If audio sounds like it's only coming from one side of the glasses, please try the following:
1. When playing music, cup your your ear on the side that sounds silent, to see if you can hear any audio on that side.
2. Try using this to test if the left side just sounds weaker, or is actually dead silent: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MkObqRUvpRY.
If the above test indicates there is absolutely no audio on one side, please email us.
