If you've paired your glasses to your phone but the app says "Disconnected" on the home screen, there are a few solutions you can try.
1. Connect via profile page
One of the first things to check is whether or not your phone's Bluetooth is on. It seems silly, but sometimes we just forget! So be sure to turn on your phone's Bluetooth connection.
If the app still says "Disconnected", travel to the profile page.
You should see the glasses that you have connected on this page. The glasses may say "Disconnected". Tap the "Connect" button.
2. Toggle your Bluetooth
Please try the following steps:
- Turn off your phone's Bluetooth.
- Kill the Vue app.
- Turn your phone's Bluetooth on.
- Re-launch the Vue app.
- Wait on the home page to see if a connection is made.
3. Re-do the pairing process
If you are unable to make a successful connection, go to your phone's Bluetooth settings, find the Vue connections, and "forget" them.
Open up the Vue app, go to the profile page, and tap "Set Up a New Vue".
4. Selecting the wrong connection
On Android, the order the connections are made during pairing should be Vue Senors followed by Vue Audio. Follow the prompt carefully: when you are at the stage of the app to pair "Vue Audio" do not select Vue Sensors. Only select Vue Audio and then finish the pairing process.
